Milligram, Inc. (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates this website and the Milligram mobile application (the “App”), collectively referenced herein as the “Site,” and your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy is applicable to you upon your access and use of the Site, and informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of information we receive from users of the Site.
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Site. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, found at https://www.milligramrx.com/terms-of-use, incorporated herein by reference. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We employ commercially reasonable measures to protect your privacy while visiting our Site, endeavoring to provide the most useful and enjoyable experience possible. This Policy applies to information we collect on this Site, in e-mail, text, electronic messages between you and this Site, and through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Site. We may also share transactional information such as demographics or personal identity with insurance or pharmaceutical companies.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site. While you can use many features of the Site(s) anonymously, you are required to provide Personal Information to gain access to some of our content or services. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. If you use a coupon that we provide, the pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Manager may provide us with additional Personal Information such as your doctor’s name, the name of your pharmacy, where the pharmacy is located, and where you live. We will sometimes aggregate your Personal Information with that of many other of our users in order to better understand our customers and their needs. We may supply such information to third parties to help us with our analysis or for them to use in their business.
AUTOMATIC INFORMATION
We may also collect automatic information such as browser type and version, browser language, your operating system and platform, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. This information does not identify you, but is statistical data used for analytical purposes and helps us provide more relevant services to users. As another example, we may use this information to administer and troubleshoot issues directly related to the Site, such as Site administration or to analyze certain trends in Site usage. The technology we use to obtain this information includes cookies, which is a small file a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Site.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have taken commercially reasonable precautions to protect the data and information under our control from misuse, loss, or alteration. However, since the internet is a public and open facility, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. Our security measures include industry standard technology and equipment to help protect your data. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security and you should take steps to protect your information and transmissions, such as keeping your login and password secure and making sure that you completely log out when you have finished using the Site.
We retain the Personal Information you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you services. We may retain your Personal Information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy. We may retain Personal Information, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement.
OPTING OUT
If at any time after registering for information, you change your mind about receiving information from us, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to info@milligramrx.com.
Many browsers and mobile operating systems enable you to indicate your preference regarding online tracking. You can set your browser or mobile operating system to a “do not track” or similar setting and, when your browser or mobile operating system passes your request to us, we will not serve you targeted advertising (which we do not currently do anyway), although we may continue to collect data about your use of the Site and App.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
Our Site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us, such as pharmacy benefit managers, the National Institutes of Health, the Food & Drug Administration, or even social media sites like Facebook. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 MINORS?
We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of 18.
COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL PROCESS
Please be aware that we will release specific Personal Information about you if required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We may also choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
USERS IN CALIFORNIA
We don’t share any of your Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Site who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We may choose to change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Any updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
